Discount 5 - 15%
The expected discounts cleverly offset the typical costs associated with online bookings (specifically the “OTA” fees e.g. Booking.com, AirBnb, etc.), which typically range from 5 % to 15 % of your entire accommodation costs. The actual mechanism of applying the discount for each resort depends on the resort operator and their specific booking system. In the case of Marbella Royal Golf, you can book directly on their website and simply apply a special code.
Availability in all locations
All of the early investors get access to all the projects in our InvestBay platform. This means that even if you invest into a Spanish property, you can still benefit from discounts in any of the other participating resorts whether in Croatia, the Czech Republic or in plenty of exciting future destinations as we continuously develop the portfolio. So when choosing your investment, be open-minded. You can always visit any participating property…if you sign up and invest soon..!
For all investors
The amount of the discounts/offers are specific to individual projects and depend on the season, local conditions and the operators of the property. Please note that the discounts for early investors do not depend on the amount of your investment, nor how many times or even where you invested. This means that early investors in Spain or Croatia will both receive exactly the same discount for a bookng in Royal Golf Marbella for example. All of our early investors will benefit from exactly the same conditions. Future investors may not benefit from the same conditions so make sure you sign up asap!

The choice is not limited to the specific apartments invested through InvestBay. Wherever possible, we will endeavour to give you access on the same conditions to all of the apartments or houses within the same resort. So you don't have to worry about a lack of choice.
