Holiday Village Tatralandia offers accommodation in a secure complex of 170 buildings with a total of 412 beds, spacious parking and spectacular views of the surrounding mountains. It benefits primarily from its proximity to the largest water park in Slovakia, the Czech Republic and Poland, but also nearby you will find a contact zoo, the multifunctional centre Liptov Arena, the Hurricane Factory skydiving tunnel as well as the Jasná Nízke Tatry ski resort and adjacent Liptovská Mara dam.

Holiday Village Tatralandia is ideal for families with children. Car traffic is limited inside the resort and there are wide open spaces for playing, tennis and basketball courts, bowling and billiards, a 5D cinema, barbecue areas, playgrounds and board games for rent. There is also a restaurant and a café. Unlimited access to the water park for guests is also included with the accommodation.

The resort also offers facilities for corporate events and teambuilding, where it can provide programs, technical equipment, accommodation, staff and catering for more than 500 people. There is also a charging station for electric vehicles.

All our investors will be able to use the accommodation for their own recreation. Tatralandia offers 14 thermal and freshwater pools, 28 water slides, animation programs and summer events. In winter, 6 water slides and 10 pools remain open. Thalassotherapy, sauna world and massages are available all year round. The Jasná Nízke Tatry Ski Resort can be reached by shuttle bus in the winter.

The property on offer is a detached bungalow (chalet) of 31.7 m2 with a separate bedroom, bathroom and kitchen with open plan lounge and storage areas. It also includes a land plot of 386 m2. In 2024 it will undergo renovations including a bathroom extension, new electrics, new windows or furnishing the whole property with modern furniture and appliances. The property is permitted for recreational use.
